Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Policy

Shipping 

 We DO ship internationally! All orders are shipped within 3-5 businesses days. Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. For domestic orders, you should receive your package in 3-5 business days from the ship date. For international orders, can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on the country.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS & UPS

Every package is assigned a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund or an exchange. If the item you receive is flawed or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. We want to ensure that you receive high quality works of art. Anything less is unacceptable.

 

Returns

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a reference #.

Include the original receipt and any packaging in your package. Mail it to:

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

Exchanges

You may exchange your clothing item for a different size or design if you have not worn it yet. You will have to pay the return shipping cost.
